At Talat, we have carried out intensive training courses in fields such as energy saving, installation safety, comfort improvement and, in general, quality in an installation, as well as all the technological, technical and commercial support. The projects that have our Talat Inside seal are various, from hotels, residential, agritourism, wineries, auditoriums, educational centers to high performance training centers.
In the project illustrated below the control system we engineered is composed of a network of 12 intelligent controllers called Automation Server (AS) distributed throughout the complex, all managed from a central server called Enterprise Server (ES) Schneider Electric. With more than 100 devices integrated through the AS through standard communication buses such as BACNet IP, BACNet MSTP, Modbus IP, Modbus RS485, Lonworks, thus being able to act at all times with as much information as possible.
To make a project of these dimensions possible, we first applied our engineering:
Secondly, we put the project through a re-engineering phase, where we manage an efficient execution of the project through a Centralized Building Management System (BMS):
This architecture is based on the integration of a series of subsystems that share an infrastructure: database, alarm center and other specific subsystems such as lighting or climate control. This entire control system constantly collects data that is communicated directly to our TALAT Smart Hotel software, making it possible to have an overview of the facilities and the possibility of anticipating any problems.
With this control system we manage:
- DHW (Domestic Hot Water) production by gas, biomass, electricity or solar for all building installations.
- The production and distribution of hot and cold water for air conditioning optimized according to the demand in the different circuits (only the water that is needed is produced and distributed, calculating the active demand at all times). This water is used for air conditioning of common areas, offices, restaurants, SPAs, swimming pools, etc.
- Lighting control by means of an external luminosity probe to optimize the consumption of common areas, sports courts, swimming pools, etc. Integrating special lighting controls through KNX.
- The rigorous measurement of consumption, such as Water and Electricity for the future management and optimization of energy consumption by zones.
- The integration of Mitsubishi's VRV Air Conditioning system for room climate management to provide a better customer experience.
