Open integration for large-scale projects

The first challenge was to adapt the air conditioning, lighting and lighting control to a building of large dimensions and industrial aesthetics. To do this, we worked on an open integration of devices with protocol KNXusing the platform EcoStruxure Building Operation from Schneider Electric.

This open architecture allows us to have a global vision of all the installations, but with a detailed, flexible control, adapted to each space, thus optimizing the integral management of the complex.

Efficient and robust communication architecture

The design of the communication architecture was another key pillar. Our team established the coordination of each device in charge of monitoring and control, ensuring that all systems dialogued under their respective protocols in a centralized and efficient manner.

Thanks to this strategy, we were able to comply with the functional requirements of the buildingThe customer is guaranteed an advanced and simple technical management at the same time.

Synoptics and real energy efficiency

At Talat, we believe that the art of control engineering lies in knowing how to make the most of every kWh. For this reason, we incorporate real-time synoptics in the air-conditioning system of the Air Handling Units (AHU)The system provides operators with a comprehensive view of all operational data.

This approach allowed us to:
