As part of the Tres Playas hotel renovation project, Talat was awarded the contract for the electrical installation, fire protection system, telecommunications and control. The complex consists of 130 rooms, a restaurant, bar, terrace area, meeting room, spa, outdoor swimming pool, and a zone library.
