In the Iberostar Bahia hotellocated in Playa de Palma, we were in charge of the Project Management of a refurbishment that involved the expansion from 169 to 217 rooms and the remodeling not only of these rooms, but also of the common areas and the spa. In addition, we were in charge of the execution of a rooftop swimming pool on a covered floor, becoming the first of its kind in Mallorca.
Hotel Som Dona
In the original hotel Som Dona in Manacor, exclusively for women, we carried out an integral reform in order to upgrade the hotel from 2 to 4 stars. We drafted the engineering project and took care of the Project Management and the direction of the execution of the work, as well as the telecommunications installations, lighting and control, electricity and fire detection.
Hotel Iberostar Cala Millor
For the reform of the hotel Iberostar Cala MillorIn this case, we were in charge of the integral management of the project, acting as Project Manager, engineering and executive management of the work (quality control, health and safety coordination, construction management). In this case, the reform was aimed at improving the energy efficiency of this hotel with 10 floors and 171 rooms.
Hotel Hipotels Club Mediterraneo
Complex integral reform for this 4-star hotel with 400 rooms located in the area of Sa Coma. The refurbishment of the Hipotels Club Mediterraneo affected photovoltaic energy, geothermal, telecommunications or water use facilities. Our activities include the drafting of the project of activities, the processing of licenses, or the direction of execution of the installations and legalizations.
Hotel Morlans Suites 4* Plus
The reform of the Hotel Morlans Suiteslocated in the Mallorcan municipality of Paguera and part of a family hotel group in the islands, was oriented to provide this 4-star superior hotel with more sustainable facilities. We carried out works to improve energy efficiency, reduce consumption and recover resources such as water or heat, among others.
