Tamarell Apartments
TALAT was in charge of the execution of the integral installations of the Tamarell Apartments, a new development of 28 homes spread over 4 buildings with parking garage, swimming pool and garden area, for which it is using BIM technology. This complex stands out for its energy efficiency and sustainability, with centralized production of heat and cold to reduce energy consumption, as well as control installation to manage and optimize the consumption of the installation in real time. It also has underfloor heating, instantaneous domestic hot water from the community boiler room and installation of fan coils powered by centralized cooling production in the community machine room.
TALAT's BIM Department has coordinated the commissioning of the facilities in order to avoid collisions between elements, facilitating and speeding up the work of technicians and site teams.
