Hotel Seth Port Mahón
Our Project Management and Facilities Team Talat has carried out a major interior refurbishment of the Hotel Seth Port Mahón, the most important since its construction in 1956. They have worked for eight intense months to provide this historic building with modernity and better accessibility, expanding 60 rooms, kitchen, restaurant and providing it with a new elevator.
The great challenge we faced was the significant expansion of its interior structure and modernization of its facilities, without altering its exterior structure, since it is a building included in the Architectural Heritage Protection Catalog, whose colonial style façade is protected.
The purpose of the property, Inversiones Pons Marín, was to prioritize Mediterranean style, quality standards and luxury under the seal and direction of Talat.
