Hotel Som Dona
Som Dona, a women-only hotel, is located a 5-minute walk from the marina and the Mallorcan fishing village of Porto Cristo.
Our company was in charge of the renovation and expansion of the existing 31-room hotel.
This project included the complete renovation and expansion, making the necessary changes to upgrade the hotel from a 2-star to a 4-star hotel. The planned execution period for these renovations is 5 months with a budget of approximately 2,300,000 euros.
TALAT has carried out the complete engineering project and Project Management of the entire project, as well as the electrical, telecommunications, fire protection (detection), lighting and control installations.
