Hotel Protur Naisa
The military building of the former officers' residence, located in the center of Palma, with 1,098 square meters and a potential buildable area of 4,637 square meters, was demolished to make way for the construction of a four-star hotel. The hotel has one hundred rooms, a spa, gym, an outdoor rooftop swimming pool and parking for 25 cars. The investment for the construction of the hotel is around 17 million euros.
From TALAT we carry out the project management for the owner, including technical and economic advice.
We coordinated the designers and reviewed the projects in order to optimize costs. We carried out the bidding and contracting of the works to subsequently control and monitor the works with special emphasis on costs, deadlines and quality of execution.
