Fil Suites Boutique Hotel
This emblematic building that was formerly a textile factory is located in the center of the city of Palma. Recently converted into a hotel, it retains all the Mallorcan essence reflected in its rooms, contrasted at the same time with modern and elegant furnishings.
Talat has been in charge of the control of the machine room (using KNX protocol), electricity and telecommunications.
