A renovation and expansion project has been planned for this hotel, to be carried out over two seasons. During the first season, a gallery of installations will be built to centralize all energy production and reduce the building's energy costs.
In the second phase, the centralized machine room and the extension of the building were completed, with new rooms, a new reception, a new dining room and a new SPA.
In this reform Talat has been in charge of requesting all the necessary permits together with the architects for the execution of the work, the realization of the executive project and the legalizations.
